“Self-regulatory organization” means a national securities exchange registered under section 6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 1 a national association of brokers and dealers registered under section 15A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 2 a clearing agency registered under section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 3 the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board established under section 15B(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 4 or section 21 of the Commodity Exchange Act. 5
