Nevada Revised Statutes Title 42. Protection from Fire; Explosives § 474.532. Consolidation of districts:  Declaration of public policy of State

It is the public policy of the State of Nevada and the purpose of NRS 474.533, in a county whose population is less than 700,000, to promote:

1. Efficiency in fire fighting and emergency medical services;  and

2. Dedicated ad valorem funding of those services.
