After an investigation by the Division of the content or composition of any drug, medicine, compound or device used by any person or association in the diagnosis, treatment or cure of cancer, the Division shall direct that any such person or association shall, prior to prescribing, recommending or making use of any such drug, medicine, compound or device in the treatment of any person, furnish such person with a statement as to the nature and content of such drug, medicine, compound or device. The Division may also require that such person or association post in a conspicuous place in the office or treatment rooms of the person or association a like statement as to the nature and content of such drug, medicine, compound or device in the form and size prescribed by the Division.
