Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 441A.720. Transportation to public or private medical facility, residence or other safe location

When any involuntary court isolation or quarantine is ordered under the provisions of NRS 441A.510 to 441A.720, inclusive, the involuntarily isolated or quarantined person, together with the court orders, any certificates of the health authorities, physicians, physician assistants licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS or registered nurses, the written summary of the evaluation team and a full and complete transcript of the notes of the official reporter made at the examination of such person before the court, must be delivered to the sheriff of the appropriate county who must be ordered to:
1. Transport the person; or
2. Arrange for the person to be transported by:
(a) A system for the nonemergency medical transportation of persons whose operation is authorized by the Nevada Transportation Authority; or
(b) If medically necessary, an ambulance service that holds a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of chapter 450B of NRS,
to the appropriate public or private medical facility, residence or other safe location.
