Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 433A.460. Legal capacity of person admitted to facility or program unimpaired unless adjudicated incapacitated

No person admitted to a public or private mental health facility or to a program of community-based or outpatient services pursuant to this chapter shall, by reason of such admission, be denied the right to dispose of property, marry, execute instruments, make purchases, enter into contractual relationships, vote and hold a driver's license, unless such person has been specifically adjudicated incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction and has not been restored to legal capacity.
