The assent of the State of Nevada by its Legislature is hereby given to the provisions and requirements of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to provide for cooperative extension work between the agricultural colleges in the several States receiving the benefits of an Act of Congress approved July second, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and of Acts supplementary thereto, and the United States Department of Agriculture,” approved May 8, 1914 (c. 79, 38 Stat. 372), 1 and any acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. The Board of Regents is hereby authorized and empowered to receive the grants of money appropriated under such federal acts, and to organize and conduct agricultural extension work which must be carried on in connection with the College of Agriculture of the System, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in such Acts of Congress.
