Nevada Revised Statutes Title 2. Civil Practice § 16.170. Verdict of jury

When a jury has agreed upon its verdict, the jurors shall be conducted into court by the officer having them in charge;  they shall be asked by the court, or clerk, whether they have agreed upon their verdict;  and if the foreman answers in the affirmative, the verdict shall be delivered to the court who shall examine it.
