The Museum Director appointed pursuant to NRS 233A.065:
1. Is in the classified service of the State.
2. Shall exercise such powers and carry out such duties pursuant to NRS 233A.320 and as are assigned to the Museum Director by the Executive Director pursuant to NRS 233A.065.
