1. The Administrator of the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management shall, within the limits of money appropriated or authorized to be expended for this purpose, employ such persons as he or she deems necessary to serve in the classified or unclassified service of the State for the purposes set forth in this section.
2. A person employed pursuant to this section shall, under the direction of the Administrator of the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management, assist the Administrator in carrying out the provisions of NRS 232.222 to 232.227, inclusive.
