Nevada Revised Statutes Title 16. Correctional Institutions; Aid to Victims of Crime § 217.560. “Certifying agency” defined

Certifying agency” means:

1. A state or local law enforcement agency;

2. A prosecutor;

3. A judge;  or

4. Any other governmental agency that has criminal, civil or administrative investigative or prosecutorial authority.
