An undertaking for bail after arrest and before preliminary examination may be in substantially the following form:
A warrant having been issued on the __________ day of the month of _______ of the year _______, by ________________________, a justice of the peace of ________________________ County, for the arrest of ________________________ (stating name of the accused), upon a charge of ________________________ (stating briefly the nature of the offense), upon which the accused has been arrested and duly ordered admitted to bail in the sum of __________________ dollars and ordered to appear before the magistrate who issued the warrant, we, _______________________, of ________________________, and ________________________ (stating their names and place of residence), hereby undertake that the above-named ________________________ shall appear and answer the charge above mentioned, at _____________ o'clock ___m., on the __________ day of the month of _______ of the year _______, before ________________________, the magistrate issuing the warrant, at the magistrate’s office in _____________________, _____________________ County, State of Nevada, and that the above-named (insert name of accused) shall appear and answer the charge above mentioned in whatever court and before whatever magistrate it may be prosecuted, or before which the accused may be required to appear by law, and shall at all times render himself or herself amenable to the orders and process of the court and the requirements of the law, and if convicted shall appear for judgment and render himself or herself in execution thereof; or if the accused fails to perform any of these conditions, that we will pay to the State of Nevada the sum of _____________ dollars (inserting the sum in which the defendant is admitted to bail).
