Whenever “real property” as defined in the act to which this act is a supplement is to be acquired by the Port of New York Authority, pursuant to the provisions of the act to which this act is a supplement, all proceedings for such acquisition shall be had pursuant to the provisions of an act entitled “An act to regulate the ascertainment and payment of compensation for property condemned or taken for public use (Revision of one thousand nine hundred),” approved March twentieth, one thousand nine hundred, and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. 1
