New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 6E-6

The commissioner shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislature, which report, at a minimum, shall:  summarize the activities of the office for the preceding fiscal year;  document significant problems affecting persons with disabilities when accessing public services;  indicate and analyze trends in the systems of care and services for persons with disabilities;  and present any recommendations to further the State's capacity to provide services to, and advocate for the rights of, persons with disabilities, including such recommendations for legislative or administrative action as the commissioner desires to present.
