North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 36D. North Carolina Community Third Party Trusts, Pooled Trusts § 36D-10. Trust not subject to law against perpetuities;  restraints on alienation

A 36D Trust shall not be subject to or held to be in violation of any principle of law against perpetuities or restraints on alienation or perpetual accumulations of trusts.
