Montana Title 37. Professions and Occupations § 37-29-412. Violation and penalty

Violation of any provision of this chapter constitutes a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 6 months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
