Montana Title 31. Credit Transactions and Relationships § 31-1-234. Transfer of equity--fee

A buyer may transfer the buyer's equity in the goods at any time to another person upon agreement by the holder, but the holder of the contract is entitled to a transfer of equity fee that may not exceed $50.
