Montana Title 30. Trade and Commerce § 30-11-808. Illegal cancellation of dealership based on natural disaster

A grantor may not attempt or threaten to terminate, cancel, fail to renew, or substantially change the circumstances of a dealership if the attempt or threat is based on the results of a natural disaster, including a sustained drought, in the dealership market area.
