Mississippi Code Title 25. Public Officers and Employees; Public Records § 25-7-81. Secretary of State

The Secretary of State shall charge the following fees:

(a)

For every commission issued by him to persons appointed by the Governor as a commissioner of this state in any other state, territory, or district of the United States, or in any foreign country

(b)

For recording charter of a corporation for literary, religious, benevolent, fraternal, or scientific purposes, and not for pecuniary profits, directly or indirectly

(c)

(d)
