In addition to any other court costs required to institute an action in the circuit division of the circuit court, a surcharge of three dollars shall be paid pursuant to section 452.552 by the person filing such action. The surcharge shall be collected and disbursed in a manner provided by sections 488.012 to 488.020 by the court clerk at the time the petition is filed and shall be payable to the director of revenue for deposit in the domestic relations resolution fund established in section 452.554.
