Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXI. Public Safety and Morals § 316.070. Exempted structures

The provisions of sections 316.060 to 316.100 shall not apply or be applicable to any church, school, baseball parks, tent show or building used at infrequent intervals as a place of assembly of public amusement.
