Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXI. Public Safety and Morals § 313.500. Definitions

Every organization licensed to conduct horse races under the provisions of sections 262.260 to 262.270 and 313.500 to 313.710 shall so keep its books and records as to clearly show the true number of admissions, the total amount of money contributed to each pari-mutuel pool on each race separately, and the amount of money received daily from admission fees and within thirty days after the conclusion of every race meeting, shall submit to the commission a complete accounting of all such receipts and admissions.
