Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 208.155. Records concerning applicants and recipients of medical assistance confidential

All information concerning applicants and recipients of medical assistance shall be confidential, and any disclosure of such information shall be restricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of the medical assistance program.
