Missouri Revised Statutes Title VI. County, Township and Political Subdivision Government § 58.750. Penalty for failing to supply information (certain counties)

Any person failing to supply the information required by section 58.720, subsection 4, is guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than sixty days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
