Beginning at a point on the south boundary line of the state, where the range line dividing ranges sixteen and seventeen, west, crosses the state line; thence east with the state line to the western boundary of Howell County; thence north with the boundary line of Howell County to the northeast corner of township twenty-four, range eleven, west; thence west with the township line dividing townships twenty-four and twenty-five, to the northwest corner of township twenty-four, range sixteen, west; thence south with the range line to the place of beginning.
