Minnesota Statutes Property Taxes (Ch. 272-289) § 282.323. Capitol areas

Subdivision 1. Repealed by Laws 1969, c. 1150, § 7, eff. June 10, 1969;  Laws 1974, c. 435, art. 6, § 1.

Subd. 2. Exception.Sections 282.241 to 282.324 shall not apply to any parcel of land forfeited to the state for taxes which is within the boundaries of a capitol area.

Subd. 3. Repealed by Laws 1974, c. 435, art. 6, § 1.
