Minnesota Statutes Health (Ch. 144-159) § 148F.2051. Failure to report

On or after August 1, 2012, any person, institution, insurer, or organization that fails to report as required under Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 148C.095, subdivisions 2 to 5,  1 shall be subject to civil penalties for failing to report as required by law.
