Sec. 11q. (1) Pursuant to section 352 of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1352, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 only, there is appropriated from the countercyclical budget and economic stabilization fund created under section 351 of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1351, to the state school aid fund the sum of $287,156,500.00. The annual growth rate for the current calendar year was estimated to be less than 0% at the most recent consensus revenue estimating conference. The amount appropriated in this subsection represents the maximum appropriation allowed under section 352(2) of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1352.
(2) Following the appropriation in subsection (1), pursuant to section 358 of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1358, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 only, there is appropriated from the countercyclical budget and economic stabilization fund created under section 351 of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1351, to the state school aid fund the sum of $62,843,500.00.
