Sec. 500i. As used in sections 500a to 500e, 1 “agent” means a person appointed by the secretary of state to act as an examining officer for the purpose of examining applicants for operator's and chauffeur's licenses under section 309 of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.309.
