Maryland Code, Health Occupations § 1-214

To the extent practicable, the members appointed to each health occupations board authorized to issue a license or certificate under this article shall reasonably reflect the geographic, racial, ethnic, cultural, and gender diversity of the State.
Each House of the General Assembly shall keep and publish daily a journal of its proceedings; and the yeas and nays of the members on any question shall, at the desire of any two of the members elected, be entered on the journal.
