Maryland Code, Criminal Law § 8-211

(a) It is not a defense to a crime under § 8-206 , § 8-207 , or § 8-209 of this subtitle involving money, goods, services, and other things of value with a value not exceeding $100 that the value of the money, goods, services, and other things of value at issue is more than $100.

(b) Unless specifically charged by the State, a violation of § 8-206 , § 8-207 , or § 8-209 of this subtitle involving money, goods, services, and other things of value with a value not exceeding $100, may not be considered a lesser included crime of any other crime.
