Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 82, § 36

Whoever trespasses upon bicycle paths named in the two preceding sections by driving thereon with a horse or other animal, except to cross the same, shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty dollars;  but the aldermen or selectmen may prescribe limits within which this section shall not apply.
