Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 63, § 68

The taxes imposed by this chapter upon any corporation shall not affect or prevent the imposition and collection of any other tax now authorized, or that may hereafter be authorized, upon any especial privilege, franchise or business enjoyed or exercised by such corporation.
