Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 60, § 37B

The collector of taxes shall certify in writing to the board of assessors the amounts necessary for the taking of land under the provisions of section thirty-seven.  The board of assessors shall include the amounts so certified in computing the amount to be raised under the provisions of section twenty-three of chapter fifty-nine.
