Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-2425. Institution inmates or patients; records and reports

Persons in charge of institutions for care of [or] correction or for treatment of disease, injury or childbirth shall record and report all statistical data required by this act relating to their inmates or patients.
