Kansas Statutes Chapter 53. Notaries Public and Commissioners § 53-104. Filing and indexing application, bond, oath and record of appointment; fee

Such application, bond, oath and record of appointment shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state and properly indexed in that office. The secretary of state shall receive a fee of $10 for such services. The secretary of state shall remit all moneys received under this section to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the state general fund.
