§ 354. Accident and health loss reserves. The loss reserves of all accident and health policies other than non-cancellable accident and health policies shall be computed and maintained in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article XXII. The unearned premium reserve of all accident and health policies other than non-cancellable accident and health policies shall be computed and maintained on the monthly pro rata basis.
This section shall apply only to accident and health policies issued prior to the operative date under section 353a as defined therein.
