§ 20. Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to amend, modify, or supersede the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, including the authority of the State Treasurer to examine the records of any person if the State Treasurer has reason to believe that such person has failed to report property that should have been reported pursuant to the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. 1
