Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 46/1-132. Type “C” violation

§ 1-132. Type “C” violation. A “Type ‘C’ violation” means a violation of this Act or of the rules promulgated thereunder that creates a condition or occurrence relating to the operation and maintenance of a facility that creates a substantial probability that less than minimal physical or mental harm to a resident will result therefrom.
