§ 5-10. “Director”. As used in the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, 1 unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the word “director” means the several directors of the departments of State government as designated in Section 5-20 of this Law and includes the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation, the Secretary of Innovation and Technology, the Secretary of Human Services, and the Secretary of Transportation.
