The Governor shall minimize the liability of the state by opting out of the special provision related to community work, as described in s. 402(a)(1)(B)(iv) of the Social Security Act, 1 as amended by Pub. L. No. 104-193. The department and CareerSource Florida, Inc., shall implement the community work program in accordance with s. 445.024.
