Florida Statutes Title XLVIII. K-20 Education Code § 1002.391. Auditory-oral education programs

<See Executive Order No. 04.09.20.01 (2019 GA EO 487), related to the COVID-19 Public Health State of Emergency, providing that any requirement under Georgia law that documents be signed, subscribed, executed, witnessed, attested, acknowledged, or affirmed in the physical presence of another individual or individuals may be satisfied by the use of audio-video communication or any similar real-time means of electronic video conferencing that allows all parties to communicate simultaneously by sight and sound.>

An antenuptial agreement shall be in writing, signed by both parties who agree to be bound, and attested by at least two witnesses, one of whom shall be a notary public.  Antenuptial agreements shall be liberally construed to carry into effect the intention of the parties, and no want of form or technical expression shall invalidate such agreements.
