Connecticut General Statutes Title 3. State Elective Officers § 3-129d. Action to enforce the provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act

The Attorney General may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction on behalf of the General Assembly and the state of Connecticut against the federal government to enforce the provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act,   1P. L. 107-110, as may be amended from time to time.
