For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Comptroller shall fund the fringe benefit costs for employees of the community college system who are supported by resources other than the General Fund in an amount not to exceed $16,200,000 from the resources appropriated for State Comptroller-Fringe Benefits. Nothing in this section shall change the fringe benefit support provided to the community college system for General Fund supported employees from the resources appropriated for State Comptroller-Fringe Benefits.
