Connecticut General Statutes Title 26. Fisheries and Game § 26-40d. Exceptions

The commissioner may permit, under such regulations as he may adopt in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54,   1 the transfer, sale, offering for sale, or delivery of any threatened or endangered species or any activity otherwise prohibited under sections 26-303 to 26-312 , inclusive, for scientific, educational, biological or zoological purposes, and for the propagation of threatened and endangered species in captivity for preservation purposes, unless such transfer, sale, offering for sale, delivery or activity is prohibited by any federal law or regulation.
