Arkansas Code Title 15. Natural Resources and Economic Development § 15-74-406. Fines

The removing, altering, disfiguring, or defacing of any placard or any part thereof shall be treated as a misdemeanor.  Any person, firm, or corporation guilty of that misdemeanor shall be fined in a sum not more than five hundred dollars ($500) nor less than fifty dollars ($50.00).

For the purpose of evidence, whenever a copy of a writing is attested or certified, the attestation or certificate must state in substance that the copy is a correct copy of the original, or of a specified part thereof, as the case may be.
