Alabama Code Title 27. Insurance § 27-41-8

An insurer may invest in loans guaranteed as to principal and interest by the United States of America or by any agency or instrumentality of the United States of America to the extent of such guaranty.

A claimant's maximum potential additional unemployment benefits shall be thirteen times the claimant's weekly benefit amount, and shall be determined in the week in which the claimant first claims for additional unemployment benefits and shall remain unchanged for the period specified in section 385-16.
