Alaska Statutes Title 34. Property § 34.03.270. Remedy after termination

If the rental agreement is terminated, the landlord may have a claim for possession and for rent and a separate claim for actual damages for breach of the rental agreement.

The Department of Corrections shall adopt all regulations it deems essential to the proper conduct of community rehabilitation centers.
